These terms and conditions govern access to and use of ryfto.io, a decentralized raffle platform built on the Polygon blockchain. Please read them carefully before participating.

By accessing and using the ryfto.io platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service description
ryfto.io is a decentralized platform that lets users join raffles governed by the Polygon blockchain. Tickets are sold in USDC and raffle types include: monetary prize (USDC), physical prize, raffles without organizer commission, and public draws (recognition without cash prize). Prizes are distributed automatically by raffle type.
3. User responsibilities
The user is responsible for:
- Keeping their private wallet credentials confidential
- Not using the platform for illegal activities
- Complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
- Not attempting to hack, modify, or disable the platform
- Understanding risks associated with cryptocurrencies and blockchain
4. Risks and limitation of liability
Cryptocurrencies and blockchain are new technologies and can be unpredictable. ryfto.io is not responsible for:
- Loss of funds due to user error
- USDC price volatility
- Polygon network fluctuations
- User investment or participation decisions
- Legal changes that affect the service
5. Prohibited activities
Users may not:
- Use scripts or bots to manipulate raffles
- Share wallets or attempt identity impersonation
- Participate if under the legal age in their jurisdiction
- Use the platform for money laundering or illicit activity
- Create multiple accounts to gain advantages
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding of ryfto.io is protected by copyright. Users may use the platform under these terms but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without authorization.
7. Privacy

8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform. Continued use of ryfto.io after such changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ryfto.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
